WTB [EU]: Cellular Sector Antenna
« on: January 23, 2020, 04:34:34 PM »
Hi all,

I'm interested in beamforming and phased arrays lately.
Therefore I'm looking for a sector antenna, as a reference mainly.

Something like this one, that Mads tore down at some point or maybe something a little smaller.

Maybe someone comes across one of them on a scrapyard or something and is able to sell it to me.  :)

I will keep a lookout for one, but shipping will be a killer, if I find one, I will save it for you and if shipping is impossible it can always return to a scrap yard :)

Thanks Mads, sounds great. :D
And I guess if the shipping is getting totally out of hand, I might have to go on vacation in Denmark. ;)

I might have a Kathrein 900/1800 MHz antenna, 14 kg and about 1.5 meter long.

It is actually only around 50€ to ship with GLS

Hi Mads,

sounds very interesting, thanks.
Just let me know how much it would be and I'm sure we will find a way.
50€ wirh GLS definately dosn't sound as bad as I feared.  :)

Greetings,
Michael
