How To Make a Stencil For Spray Paint With Cheap Hand Tools
« on: August 26, 2019, 01:30:59 PM »

How to make a stencil template out of metal sheet, reusable and very sturdy. Can be used for spray or brushed on paint. No power tools, only cheap hand tools, a laser printer and clothes iron.

I highly recommend using a stencil font with sharp edges, as it makes it much easier to cut. You can find a wide variety of fonts for free: https://www.google.com/search?q=stencil+font&newwindow=1&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X

I could not hear or understant, but here that saw is used by jewelry makers. It is a tungsten wire.
