1. For primary & MMC connection to the bridge output terminals, From "C2E1" to Bus Cap center-tap, should primary come come first, or should MMC come first, or does it not matter at all? Both from a practical viewpoint, and an analytical viewpoint, if possible please. I know it seems like it shouldn't matter because they're in series, but... y'never know, y'know?...  I always end up learning new things that I didn't know before!  ;)

2. For the Mains connection to the DC Bus-Cap Center-Tap, Should I connect the Neutral, or Hot?

3. I will save further questions questions for a later time, after I feel satisfied about the first two.
Mostly, because I'm tired and need to study tomorrow. Got my first Circuits exam on Thursday!

1&2: What kind of schematic are you talking out from? Using a voltage doubler? With voltage splitting capacitors without a doubler or just a half-bridge connected straight to negative rail?

Here is two examples of ways to do it without a voltage doubler, scroll down to the schematic of the bridge
- with voltage splitting capacitors: http://kaizerpowerelectronics.dk/tesla-coils/kaizer-drsstc-ii/
- with negative rail connecting to primary coil: http://kaizerpowerelectronics.dk/tesla-coils/kaizer-drsstc-iv/

3: Good luck on your exams! I got myself a exam on Wednesday, so I know the struggle of fitting family, job, study and hobby into the same box called life :)

so if you use this configuration you can flote your fullwave dubler and ground the point in the center of the caps. I do this for testing purpaces but not for regular opperation. in this way you can earth ground the center tap of your caps and use it as a common for your scope
