At the beginning, when a coil man wind the primary coil he mention about the length of the wire and he calculate the frequency that the coils should run to get the best performance and after that any step of doing he always aim for that goal.
 That a script for any one trust in Tesla coil is a quarter resonators.
Or vice versa he made the coil by the way not any mention about the length of the wire. Simple he makes adjustment the resonance frequency of primary coil, secondary coil . . . and find out the point that it run at the best performance.
But finally the result will be almost unique. Why? Because when the coil men tune the coils to get best performance, he accidentally found the same frequency of the quarter resonators.
What is it means?
For example my L2 coil: 1840 turns; 1.77” dia.
Length of wire =1705.3’ =521.8m=1/4λ  λ=2051m
Best resonance frequency of this coils =3000000/2051=146,25kHz
Result:
L1=5.5uh
C1=250nf
L2=66mH
Toroid 10”+toroid 8”
After tuning, primary coil resonance frequency is 135 kHz
Secondary coil resonance frequency is 160 kHz (Java TC shows 195 kHz, I try to check many time but it always has different result like that)
And the final frequency it runs at best performance is 145 kHz. Is it exactly!
If anybody get the best resonance frequency that incompatibles with this theories please shows us to verify this knowledge.
