Hello, this is my first time building a tesla coil. (Im not new to electronics but I am new to tesla coil)

This is my schematic.  (Single power transistor 2D2499)

https://ibb.co/mH873T1

I generate signal using a microcontroller. However, for the safety, before rectifying 220 AC. I have ligh bulb (65 ohm) connected in series
for short circuit protection. Basically, if transistor would blow up, light bulb would turn on.

However there is very weird thing going on!

When I turn the system on lightbulb turn on for a short time (until capacitors charge) and everything seems normal. then I start generating square wave from micronotroller and lightbulb TURNS ON!!!

On lower frequencies (4-100khz) it is very bright.
However about at RESONANCE FREQUENCY it is emitting much less light! but I do not have any sparks on sound from tesla coil. It cannot even turn on fluorescent light.

What is going on ? Is my lightbulb limiting current ?
If I remove it my circuit breaker might go crazy. Any advice ???

Two paths for progress come to mind.  One is to read more on this forum and other posted design plans.  Learn how Tesla coils work, perhaps starting with driving resonant circuits.

The other is to buy a cheap scope and measure what's happening.  Related, download and learn an analog simulator.  There are several free ones.  My preferred one is LTSpice.  Then you can see what should happen and compare it to what you measure with a scope.  (Even if you don't have funds to purchase a scope, simulation is a great way to understand your design and other designs you will find here.)

You need to post much more pictures of your setup and as Dave suggests, learn more about basic resonant circuits like a well-known SSTC circuit.

Start out with a simple SSTC like http://kaizerpowerelectronics.dk/tesla-coils/kaizer-sstc-i/ or http://loneoceans.com/labs/sstc2/

You are most likely driving the poor not-very-fitted-for-the-job transistor at a too low frequency for the secondary coil + topload capacitance resonant frequency. You need to use some proper MOSFETs/IGBTs in order to drive the current needed at the high frequencies, without your power electronics burning to the ground.
