Does anyone know what type of driver this is? it looks pretty good for the price and am considering it for my drsstc project

Looks like a FPGA version of the universal drivers, so some sort of UD3 clone.

The problem with the cheap chinese drivers is the lack of documentation in English, there is a few links to threads about some of these drivers to be found in this list:

Most of the drivers from AliExpress basically act as either a ud1.3b or some sort of ud2.5 (they call it phase shift). I've had 3 drivers from AliExpress. 2 have been a simple 1.3b variation, the other was an FPGA 1.3b mashup.... It arrived DOA.

I can understand the appeal of an AliExpress driver, especially for the price point. But for the same price you can build profdc9 ud2.7c (tht). It's physically a larger footprint but pretty simple to assemble.
