Electronic circuits / Re: I need a developed circuit for induction heater
« on: September 10, 2019, 09:04:54 PM »
First of all I'm sorry if I seemed rude, but it happens too often that people ask for something without having done their own research.

At first you should think about what you want.

Do you want a working Induction Heather? Buy one from Ikea.
Do you want a bit your DIY? Ebay-Kit.
Do you want to dive into inductionheaters? Read something first and then decide.
Do you want to make everything (PCB, soldering, ...) yourself? Start with a simple circuit and in the future worry about power.
...

I just requested the scheme diagram of a developed  induction heater.

Despite I'm not an engineer, nonetheless I know electronic and its components enough (analog- digital). I wanted to benefit your experiment here, as well

I'm back in active development of one, as a matter of fact:

https://www.seventransistorlabs.com/Images/Induction1501.jpg

Let me know if you'd be interested in a kit or complete machine.  The control board should also be useful for TCs (though the maximum switching frequency is kind of low -- a TL494 at heart).

Tim

The administrator announced me that I violated from the forum rules ( No.2 that the users should not request a step by step construction) so I'm worried to ask more.

I'm seeking for a developed and powerful kit. If you have such the scheme diagram of the circuit please send to me

Thank you

It seems a good sample

4.0) Ozone, NOx, and Vapors
A sparking tesla coil produces ozone, nitrogen-oxygen compounds, and probably a host of other potentially toxic substances. Do not operate a large coil in an enclosed area for long periods of time. Make sure ventilation is adequate at all times. There have been anecdotal references to people becoming ill due to ozone toxicity. The long term bioeffects are unknown.

Personal experience from operating Tesla coils indoor and breathing too much of a badly ventilated air results in a solid head ache.

Thank you

I want to make a variable 60 volt, 5 Am switching supply power that when I change the output voltage its current remains the same 5 Amp.

Can you offer me such the circuit?

Thank you

Searching the circuits in the google makes me confused because I can't recolonize which one is better and more suitable

I have some question herein:

1- As you know, the HV arc creates an amount of Ozone (O3). is it useful and breathable in the house?

2- The HV arcs ionize the molecules of air; What the effect of ionized air in a house is?

3- Is the HV arcs useful for a greenhouse? Is it the cause of a faster growth for plants?

Hi all

I need a developed and powerful circuit for induction heater.

Thank you

Static electricity / Re: Using static electricity in the car painting
« on: September 10, 2019, 01:30:56 PM »
So, why this method of electrostatic is used in the spraying paint is some industries? How do they do this without and danger? Which electrostatic system they use? How much is the level of the system voltage (1Kv-2Kv-3Kv-...)

I'm not a car painter but as far as I know this method of electrostatic is used in spraying paint to force the particles (ionizing them) not to spread out in the air (saving paint) and also the particles stick on the workpiece firmly and regularly (So that the paint doesn't drip)

I want to use HV in the car painting (during spraying) to make the particles ionic so that the paint stick the piecework smoothy without any droplet. What should I do?

Which range of voltage and what circuit are needed?

Exposing the sprayed car paint to a high voltage will not be the cause of a fire or explosion?
