WTB: Large Heatsink with a Baseplate at least 10mm thick

Hello everyone 

I need a larger heatsink for my IGBT Brick Inverter. The current heatsink is 200×150mm large, which would be enough, but it only has a 4mm Baseplate, which is to little.

The Baseplate should be at least 10mm thick, because I need a lot of thermal mass directly connected to the Baseplate of the IGBT Brick. The heatsink should be around 200×150mm in size, but it can of course be larger.

I would be very happy and thankful if someone contacted me via a private message, if they have such a heatsink available  for a fair price . I live in Austria, so shipping inside of the EU should not be a problem.
