Primary coil cans generate 13MW peak power by 600V DC bus?

Yes, it can.
With L2=10µH; C2=200nF; R1=10mΩ; square wave generator frequency 112.539 kHz 600Vp-p (internal impedance=0)
By using Pspice simulating we can see this circuit can generate 13MW peak by 600V bus at the time 100µs pulse (figure1).
 But, if i used an H bridge inverter to drive this circuit, it only gives 64% of that power. I don’t know why? The shape of the square wave differ a little but not losing so much.

Actually this is reactance power VA, it is not consumption power W, this power combine 1polarity is charge power and opposite polarity is recovery power.
That power illustrates how the so big electromagnetic field appears around a tesla coil.
That power can drive only few percent dissipation powers for corona or spark discharge. The too low efficiency cause why until now the dream to supply electric whole worldwide of Sir Nikola Tesla not yet to be true.
