Title: Where are the spreadsheets mentioned in Tilbury's book?
Post by: DaiKen on January 25, 2018, 10:29:51 AM
Hi all,

In his book 'The ULTIMATE Tesla Coil Design and Construction Guide' Mitch Tilbury states https://www.mhprofessional.com/tilbury/ as the url where the spreadsheet used in the book can be downloaded. The book stems from 2017 and the link seems outdated. Does anyone know where to find mentioned spreadsheets?

Hope to hear from you.

Kind regards,

Ton DaiKen

Searching for his name and book title with filetype:xls/xlsx did not reveal anything.

But there is a tab to download chapter files on McGrawhill's website: https://www.mhprofessional.com/9780071497374-usa-the-ultimate-tesla-coil-design-and-construction-guide-group

Thanks for your reply, Mads. I was already aware of that link, and ir unfortunately leads not to what I meant. I however found the new link for the spreadsheets: https://www.mhprofessionalresources.com/getpage.php?c=engarch_0071497374_tilbury.php&cat=113

There you will find the spreadsheets and spice-files discussed in the book.

Kind regards to all!

Good that you found it :)

I also just had a laugh over this written for public download...

Which is a good laugh worth, indeed. Shows how little these conservative publishers understand about the internet. But, without the text in the book the files are rather useless, I think,

Dear gentlemen I am a mechanical engineer newly fascinated about tesla coils.
I bought a used copy of this book and I came across a problem finding the excel sheets. Can someone give a live link or share the sheets somehow?
I would appreciate any effort helping me in this kind of quest. McGraw & Hill seems to have abandoned any support in this.
