Has anyone used PCB123 software and Sunstone's service? I have schematics on KiCAD but I need to send stuff out to be made soon. Also are there any other services others here on the forum prefer ?

Looks like Sunstone will take gerber files.  That would avoid the need to translate from KiCAD.
I haven't used Sunstone before.  Would be interesting to get a quote to compare.  They are 20 miles from my house.

For small boards I sometimes use another nearby option called OSHPark.  Board quantity is always 3 (or multiples of 3).  2-layer boards are $5/inch^2 for a set of 3 including postage to US addresses.  For tiny boards (down to 1/4" x 1/4") they lose money, as postage is more than the price.  OSHPark offers 2oz copper as an option.  4-layers are $10/inch^2 for a set of 3.  I think they now take KiCAD files directly as well as gerbers.

DigiKey Red is slightly cheaper, $1.50/inch^2 per ECB, but more restrictive.  1/2" minimum dimensions, no cutouts, 2 layers only.  $18 minimum order.  Free shipping as with OSHPark.  Made in Bay Area, CA, USA.

For larger boards and much more flexibility, I use AllPCB in China.  Shipping (DHL) is often more expensive than ECBs themselves, but usually cheaper total than US manufacturing.  Quality has been fine.  Used to get boards in 7 calendar days including shipping time.  A bit longer these days, but still faster than the above options.  Price quoting is instant.  Just select board size, layers, thickness, etc. and price is calculated electronically.  Multiple designs can be combined to save on shipping.  Since quoting is instant, it is easy to see what thicknesses etc. are lowest cost.

I have only used JLCPCB and get very good results to the price. 20x PCB 10x10cm at 35$ including shipping!

And yet another Chinese pcb fab : PCBWay. I've used them both personally and commercially.  Good results, including boards with 12 layers and microvias.
They also have a very cheap 2 layer service, like so many others.
