Our high voltage show for this years Extraschicht

This weekend it was finally time for us to do our high voltage show at a local museum and I got my dad to film it for us. I'm very pleased with how it went

We presented a variety of different experiments everything from the transmittion line demo to our big rsgtc, and of course some DRSSTCs playing music as well
I used my midisticks this time around and it went beatifully, despite some issues with broken fiber cables early on. Unfortunately we didn't get a nice audio recording of the DRSSTCs as neither I nor my dad had a microphone on hand and we had to use the internal ones in either his camera or my phone. Still sounds pretty good though I think

Sounds was really good on the distance and only a few pops and hizzes at the close-up video. In a tight situation, wrap your phone in aluminium foil

I really like the close-up extra video, it's a shame the fence was not a little further back so that scene had both coils in it. The blue/purple light and smoke is great up against the performer in faraday suit. Was that you in the suit or you did all the controls?

The SID tune just before imperial death march is pretty sick with that high duty cycle!

I actually had some copper mesh with me, but didn't have the time to set that up inbetween shows. Maybe next time

Was that you in the suit or you did all the controls?

No unfotunately not (still really want to try that at some point). I was sitting in the tent in the back controlling everything together with Netzpfuscher.

The sid tune you are talking about was comic bakery, pretty much my go-to tune for playing on my coil because it sounds so cool
