Launch update July 25th 2018

The fleet and rocket arrived today 13PM CEST at Spaceport Nexø. Unfortunately we have just recieved info from the air traffic control that due to the effort in controlling the forrest fires in Sweden they have to prioritize their efforts and cannot close the airspace for our launch this weekend. Therefore we have to postpone the launch to the next available window which is:

Saturday August 4th with Sunday August 5th as backup.

The remaining available launch windows for 2018 are :

We're Go for launch on Saturday August 4th.
The weather forecast for Saturday is Go for launch, but it will be an early one. At the moment we need to launch around 8:00 CEST Saturday morning. We'll keep our eyes fixed on the weather forecast for any changes.

The launch will take place from ESD139 in the Baltic Sea 35 kilometers off the coast of the Danish island Bornholm.

If we have to cancel the launch this weekend we still have the following other possibilities:

2018-08-19 08:00-11:00 (UTC)
2018-08-25 08:00-11:00 (UTC)
2018-08-26 08:00-11:00 (UTC)

We will send out information regularly as we have it. Updates will also be announced on www.copsub.com

The test will be transmitted LIVE on youtube. The livestream link will be available on mission day, and published on our website. All media are welcome to embed the link.
