Melting furnace problems

Hi everyone, this is my question, I have a small blast furnace my friend asked me to fix it due to overheating then i damage the transistor short and replace it with another one but still not working but when i check the main board i see some pictures the number is erased from the IC if someone helps me understand the scheme  Circuit for plate and defect detection, because I do not have enough experience in induction.

You will have a better chance of getting help if you explain more about the whole machine.
What is the make and model?
Have you attempted to contact the manufacturer?
Pictures of the whole machine.
Specifications for the whole machine.
If it is an induction furnace, it is NOT a "blast furnace", by the way.

Agree with Pete here. In fact the term blast furnace is generally reserved for industrial apparatus to get metallic iron out of iron ore, coke, and limestone.   Crucible furnaces with forced air are not blast furnaces (and they do not smelt anything).

Often when a transistor shorts it take out the driving circuit, I'd start there.
