Book on vacuum tube tesla coils

Hello!
I've recently become aware that there is a book on vttcs out there with lots of useful knowledge titled "Vacuum Tube Tesla Coils - chapter 12" written by James F. Corum, Ph.D. and Kenneth L. Corum, 1987, published by Corum & Assoc, Inc.
I looked everywhere I could think of and found nothing! Does anyone have any idea where I could get one of these books?

Technical books in public domain can be found here: http://www.tubebooks.org/technical_books_online.htm as well as links on how to determine or search for if books are so old that they are in public domain and can be shared freely.

Many of the books on tubes, have the circuits for vacuum tube tesla coils, look for class C oscillator, Colpritt-, Armstrong-, Hartley oscillators.

Can we assume that "Continuum" would be happy to pay money to get an original printed-on-paper book?
I've had success using ebay, amazon, etc. for that.
My copy of "Fields and Waves in Communication Electronics" came that way, from a vendor called zubal.com in 2002.
A bonus was an inscription by author to a former book owner. They both have wikipedia pages today!
