That's frustrating!  I'm presuming Vds overshoot, or is it Vgs?  In other words, are dead FETs shorted drain-to-source or gate-to-source (or both)?

Due to overshoot, both Vgs and Vds have been short circuited, and I was forced to change the resonance frequency of the secondary coil to 10MHz. This time, it seems that it is possible. However, due to the lack of transmitting antennas, most of the electromagnetic waves are absorbed by the walls, so the equipment will not be warned by relevant departments.
