Building "my" first SSTC

so, I've been messing around with tesla coils for around few years now, watching with fascination videos on yt, firstly some fake ones but then I step across forums and started reading more and more. around a year ago when DiodeGoneWilde started his serie about SSTC and SGTC I knew that is going to be the time when I'll be attempting my own one. I had knowledge and a lot of self motivation (and as you can see and read I still do after over 8 months? of exploding transistors, few burned IGBTs and many IR2153 burnt.. hehe) so not long after he ended his serie I grabbed all components and put it together, faced some initial problems but managed to get some stuff working.
Today, I feel like I'm closer than ever to finalizing it, only problem I'm facing and cant truly understand is.. the waveform I'm getting at one of IGBT (not both, only one)
so lets get straight to the problem:
Whenever I power the driver circuit, it works flawlessly, there is nothing overheating, no random shut downs, transistors are working also not overheating. its just amazing and satisfying to look at it go.
But, when I attempt to power up the rest of the circuit, then all black magic happens, my waveform gets pushed up at one of the IGBTs when it should be off. and so it turns on the transistor causing it to short my circuit a bit and.. explode more fuses. (or in my case turn on an emergency lamp)
For now, I keep powering it with 12V for safety and to not cause more damage, but get same results at 230V honestly, so not much of a difference.
as a part of testing I also found out that the IGBT which is constantly powered up is heating up waaay more than the other one. (and yes I've checked it twice or even thrice if it isnt shorted or anything, even replaced getting same results)
I've included some pictures of my work so you can take a look at overall "designe" and placement of components. Also the wave-forms on my poor oscilloscope.

It is not clear what signals you are scoping.  I'm guessing that scope probe "ground" clips are on your "N" node and the probe tips are on the two IGBT gates.  If so, it appears that you have some wiring mistake or short between nodes.

I've try this circuit an long time ago. and it didn't work well.
i suggest you to make an pll driver. it isn't hard.
