SSTC-Driver PCB 1.2

Hi guys!

I have been working on a PCB template for the standard cd4046 sstc driver you find all over the internet (original by scopeboy.com/Steve Conner). I didn't design any of this, I just added a second pair for each UCC, inorder to drive these bigger GDT's too, without breaking a sweat. You can just use two instead of four UCC's but I went more indept in my documentation. If you want to know something, just let me know.

Now here's the deal. I am willing to share the gerberfile and the component list with you, to use for your project's. But there are a few points I want to clarify:

• I don't want anyone making money on this.
• It is not finished and I still update the files.
• I haven't tested this design yet.

For anyone interested: I am also working on an interrupter board with staccato interrupting. I will probably upload them later on too. If anyone sees any design flaws please let me know.

Thank you for sharing the design and files.

I can not open the files from my current location to check the routing, so I just wanted to ask if you have all unused inputs tied as specified in the datasheet "Unused inputs must be connected to VDD, VSS, or another input". This is often a root cause for instability when inputs are left floating and they can cross talk internally in the IC.

Thank you for your tip. I made sure that i only have the pins not connected, that others didn't connect too, so it should be fine (those are just outputs, no input is floating).
