Using the functional dies of a blown IGBT brick.

Hey guys,
I've opened up my broken half bridge IGBT module out of curiosity to find out that 2 out of the 4 dies might still be in working condition, I've checked the diodes and such with my multimeter, 1 die has blown up and charred from use some time ago, and the other one I've accidentally scraped off all the bond wires along with what might be some silicon, I'd also have to solder on a new collector-emitter junction since both working IGBTs are perpendicular of each other and lack one as seen. The tricky part is having to solder on the gate connection which sits right in the middle of the dies as you can see, hopefully my soldering skills come into play.



I wanna hear you guys' thoughts on this, and if anybody on this forum has attempted to do this before, I might have heard of somebody just repurposing the diodes before but never this, would be sick to get it working again, maybe at half the rated current but it'll be a cool project for me to attempt to do.
