I have asked around on some german machinist forums, but people didn't seem to know much about that lathe there. There are actually a couple of posts of other people asking about info for their model EE, so perhaps I at least helped those

Looking at those pictures it actually seems like there were a few different versions of it, all with small differences in each casting (like for example the bearing mounts). Since I now know that the machine was delivered to an aero engine company in 1942 (at that time a division of heinkel... of course it had to be something to do with ww2 ) out of a set of only 10 i assume that they might have well made small improvements to each set of castings.
