I have two Hub drive motor wheels from e-bikes. If they are run backwards, do they not produce electricity. So now I have a third, even faster, 94v where the other two are 48v. So if I made a trike with the 94v wheel driving the bike and the two other on the front - backwards - couldnt the volts I produce charge the bike while I ride

If they were plain brushed DC motors (which I doubt),
then you could operate them backwards by simply reversing the polarity of applied voltage.  It's challenging to ride a bike going backwards.

This is a perpetual motion machine. Its impossible because of heat, friction, and other losses.

Yes you can produce power, but it would be less than you put in to move the trike. If you ride down-hill you would have "over-unity" (seen from inside the vehicle) from gravity, so earth is loosing some energy to your battery. Going uphill is going to slow you to a stop, because your "charging motor" would work as a break.
