Macro Photography of Electronic Components
« on: December 12, 2020, 09:52:31 PM »
It's  my first post on this forum, although I have participated under this  nickname in other various forums/ discussions. I’ve discovered that I also have this passion for macro photography, which is more practical  to practice if there’s not enough time and access to a small workshop in which to complete my various electronic projects.  ;D   I will try it  to post here a series of images taken by me,  of various electric/electronic components, using  only a DSLR camera, Canon EOS 5D/Canon EOS R  and a a very good dedicated macro lens, Canon MP-E 65mm, manual rails and using a stacking software (Helicon Focus), post processing in Photoshop.
Thank you!
Romeo aka mister_rf

Let's try break the ice with this old pic  :D

Hi mister_rf and welcome on HVF :)

These pictures are amazing and the high resolution really makes them stand out compared to when viewed on facebook, thank you for posting in full resolution!

Thank you. The forum gives you the opportunity to post direct links to the original files.
Facebook is only a temporary tool; the idea was to post those pics on the Wikimedia/Wikipedia for general use.

Integrated circuits are really amazing, able to achieve so many functions, especially programmable logic integrated circuits. For example, I recently saw an article that introduced the electronic components HT12E and HT12D to make wireless transmitters and receivers, very detailed.
