Thank you Steve It is definitely worth making new videos, just look at the difference between my original 800x600 recordings, sitting on top of my new 4k recording. I had to add a red frame to emphasize how small that really is!

It is called a tuned circuit, a resonant LC circuit or a tank circuit, many different names for the properties of pumping energy into a self-oscillating LC circuit.
You do need something to transfer that energy to, so a secondary tuned circuit, with a different LC ratio needs to be added. This is how a DRSSTC Tesla coil works.
A induction heater / stove / cooker works without a secondary LC circuit, that is purely a pan load (which represents some complex load) that gets the energy transferred.
Resonant circuits can ring up to very high currents, as you discovered, so you can transfer a lot of energy with short on-times.

I've seen a few times that adding "resonant capacitor" in parallel with the primary coil will result in improved performance. Now I don't know what is meaned by "improved", be it more efficient or higher voltage etc. I don't understand the physics of it but I ran a test anyway.
Nothing of practical interest was obtained, I plugged the inductance and frequency into an online tank circuit calculator 16kHz, 100uH = 1uF capacitor. Well, it definitely had an effect just nothing useful.
The transformer was just a 1:1 ratio on a small ferrite core. Driver was a 12V variable duty 16kHz square wave.
12V 16kHz 5% duty turned into low voltage low current sine wave. Interesting but with a 0.08A short circuit not good for much.
12V 16kHz 80% duty gave a drop in voltage and very high current draw, it killed 2 caps before I could photograph it. FETs and caps got very hot quick.
Is there any actual purpose to adding a capacitor to the primary input?

I may have found the problem. I tried a different more advanced charger for lithium ion batteries and this time the dead battery took a charge and output 1.5 volts. Apparently the cheap charger that came with the batteries is not reliable. I'll try a few more.

Are the dead EBL AAA cells completely dead or just won't run the calculator reliably? In case it is a printing calculator or for some other reason draws step load current, that can be an issue with these cells. At light load internal regulator is in a low power mode. Response to step load isn't instantaneous. Haven't scoped step response yet. But I do know that AA cell powering a wall clock with second hand stepping once per second is not reliable. Works most of the time, but occasionally the step response causes clock to miss a second. The EBL AA cells are a bit worse for this, but the Hixon ones still cause the clock to occasionally miss a step.

And another questión. I´m going to use one 24V power supply. I have put a 220ohm resistor in point A to use the 24Volts directly. And to power the ZVS driver, I put in the 24V power supply a DC-DC converter to vary the output. There is no problem taking the current for the gates and to power de ZVS from the same power supply right?
I have instaled a relay that allow to power the ZVS only when the gates are already with the 24volts to be safe. Yes, that should work well. Presuming the existing 470ohm gate pull-up resistors are rated for 2 watts as listed in schematic, they will handle 24V directly. No need for 220-ohm resistor to reduce power. As a bonus, with 24V directly to gate resistors the FETs will switch faster so dissipate a bit less power. Removing 220-ohm resistor also increases startup oscillation amplitude before relay closes, making startup even a bit more reliable.
Thank for your answer I added the 220 ohm resistor because de 470 ohm resistor, despite being 2watts get too hot and they where close to the MOSFETs in the PCB. Since I'm going to enclose everything, I'm going to remove the 470 ohm resistor from the PCB and put th near the fan what pull the air from.the enclosure and they will get cooler

Update: Removed gate contactor Blew up IGBTs probably from a gate TVS coming loose and my GDTs apparently being a lot worse than I thought IGBTs replaced with CM600HA-24H and EVR gate drive boards GDTs replaced with small commercial ones from pulse electronics that appear to work well enough Twisted pair of 4awg from bus caps to bridge instead of loose 10awg Coils and topload have been made:

I don't know what the purpose of the resistor is. You may have trouble with the DC-DC converter. You are cascading two SMPSs. At the minimum, the DC-DC converter must be capable of supplying sufficient current, probably at least 10 amps. I would try and find a single adjustable SMPS.
