I can see it is the same picture I used in my guide on snubbers, but I can not find out if there even is a industry standard name for this package and was not able to find any when searching for through hole, direct mount, etc, so I really don't know.

I think a lot of those came from a ebay store called CTS(or CTR?) surplus, who are unfortunately no longer in business. I'm not sure why you want those particular ones, but a bit of googling and ebay searching should find plenty of IGBT snubber caps.

Those are different, they are heat sinked and the threaded holes does not go all the way through, which is the feature of those TDAF asks for, as they simply mount between IGBT and busbar.
