2800W server power supply help

Hello,

Today I got this 2800W (48V 58.4A) server power supply.




It has 2 AC inputs, most likely for redundancy to be connected on two phases. I have connected both inputs to the same phase. After turning it on, 2 relays click, very loud fan spins up, and "AC0/1" indicator LEDs light up.
The problem is that there is no voltage on the output. Fault LED is not lit up. Enable LED for some reason is also not lit up. Does anybody have experience with such power supplies? Do I need to enable it manually somehow?
Unfortunately I haven't been able to find any datasheet or manual. The server is labeled "SP388-Y02A".


I have tried to switch the "lock" switch on the bottom to both position "locked" and "unlocked"


There is also some connector on the front side of the panel, should this one be connected somehow?

I'm assuming the output voltage is between those two huge connectors on the front left side of the power supply. I have also tried to measure the voltage between the case and those terminals, and there is nothing as well.

If you have any experience with these, I'll be very glad for any advice.

Check if any of the output connectors (correct, they are the ones you identified) are in contact with PE on the AC input or the chassis?
If not, the 48V is floating and that makes the supply more versatile.

As for finding which pins in the DSUB to connect  this procedure might help to turn on a server power supply:

Basically some of the connections in the DSUB needs to connect to GND or 5VSB direct or through a small resistor. It is obviously running, but have not activated the output (or the conversion of voltage) , it is in standby

Appart from that, maybe if you use Google FU extensivly something comes up. Even if the supply looks a bit beaten up and datecode is 2008 it can probably work for a while, they have MTBF in the hundred of thousands of hours.
