Is this a tesla coil?

Hello, I bought this



The page said it is a tesla coil but as far as I know, in a tesla coil you have a primary with few turns and  inside the primary, a secondary with a lot of turns isolated from the primary. But here, the coil what is suposed to be the secondary is connected to the cricuit in one end and you get the spark in the secundary, and the secondary is outside the primary a few centimeter away.

Any idea?

It’s an HFSSTC. It works on similar principles to a traditional Tesla coil, but it’s base-fed instead of using transformer step-up to build huge voltages through resonance. There’s a class E power oscillator that make a high voltage sine wave on the base of the resonator, and the voltage at the top of the resonator builds and reaches much higher levels than the starting sine wave.
