Any quick way of makeing a spark gap that can sustain long runs with high temps?

Hi,
i'm looking for a wai of cooling a spark gap in a simple way so that it dosent get too hot and change the distance between it due to thermal dilatation.

Please suggest me only quick ways of doing this, i have one day to build it (christmas gif)

How about two lengths of copper pipe mounted in a block of insulator (wood? plastic?) so that they form an 'X', but spaced apart so a spark gap is formed at the middle of the 'X'. Viewed from the front, one arm of the 'X' would be behind the other. 
The long arms of the copper pipe 'X' should act as a heatsink.  If you can seal the bottom of the pipes too, then you could fill them with water, which would also remove heat by boiling.

Best I can come up with using minimal materials and time.

The quickest way is to supply a fan for cooling and quenching.

Multiple parallel 3/4 inch diameter or so copper pipes screwed down to a piece of wood works well with a fan blowing on them.

This gap has withstood a lot of abuse for years in several different coils.

It depends on power levels. For lower power a few copper wires and pipes should be fine. This website https://waveguide.blog/teslas-spark-gaps-literature-review/ describers some spark gaps that Nikola Tesla used.
