Aliexpress cheap CM300-24H

I wanted to make this post to all the high power switching enthusiast who have a low budget! I tryed to buy some CM300-24H igbt for my DRSSTC from Aliexpress!
They costed me 41$ each and I'm very happy about them!. I'm almost sure that they are not original or they are model that where discarded from the main warehause because of some defect.
BUT they work for my purpose  and I'm happy like so! I put some photos and link below:

They even come in a very nice package with all the protection and love that they need <3

This is my H-Bridge that I'm using right now
I will update this post in the futur if the like explode/ catch fire/ burn down my hause or something like that

How long have they been running in a coil now, and at what input voltage and current?

Also nice engraving in the heatsink

For the moment I think I'm around 30 minuts or a little more. I'm running them at 600A ocd ~800/900A peak at 270VAC -> 375VDC. My coil is around 4kW at the moment

Hey man they are still intact. I have abused them really a lot and they are still working  and in one pieces. Once I runned them without over current protection at probably 1200A and they have survived
