SSTC-Interrupter Audio + PWM PCB Rev 1.0
(1/1)
Fumeaux:
Hi Guys!
As I already said in another post, I worked on a SSTC-Interrupter PCB. Same rules as before. It's not my schematic. If you want to know more about the schematic visit: http://kaizerpowerelectronics.dk/tesla-coils/musical-sstcdrsstc-interrupter/
Waring: It could contain errors so better check the circuit for yourself
Edit: Guess what, there is an error, the holes for the resistors are not long enough. It should still be functional, just ugly.

Thanks for also sharing this little neat interrupter + audio board :)
With SW1 it can only be either normal or audio interrupter? In my SSTC2 schematic I noted that to run CW mode, the ENBL pin of the UCCs should be tied to +12V (a earlier version I had just left it floating, which worked for me, but gave problems for other builders)
Fumeaux:
Yes SW1 just toggles between audio and pwm, my switch is a 2x 1/0/1 so i can leave the pin floating. My pll-board has a 12V-pin next to the INT-IN-pin so you can use CW via my pll-board without having an interrupter board. You can bridge them or solder wires to it, with a switch. I did look at the schematic of the ucc's and they have a pullup resistor intergrated. Which means, with proper shielding, it should even work without any further customisations.
