Possible Leads on Single Photon Camera

I recently bought an old Hamamatsu C2400-30 Single Photon camera along with it's controller. Unfortunately
the camera came without the cable connecting the controller to the camera. I have so far been unable to find a wiring
diagram for this cable.

The controller has a 12 pin connector and the camera has a six pin connector. Only 4 of the six pins are used. When I DC or scope probe the 12 pin s on the controller only four pins appears to do anything. The four active pins are ground(2) and 12 volts(2).

On the camera side I believe (from the wire colors) that two pins are ground and one is 12 volts. I can't figure out the fourth.

The wires inside the camera all go to a silver high voltage supply that supplies six voltages to the camera.

I was wondering if any of the knowledgeable people here can help me figure out how to power up this camera. I have several leads out but after two weeks none have helped.

Thanks for the interest. I'm in a mild state of panic since the thing is not returnable and would be about 700$ down the drain if no re-cabled.

I can find no documentation for the thing online. The sales rep for Hamamatsu has attempted to help but nothing so far.

In the image you can kind of see the four wires, two black and one yellow. The two black are almost certainly negative/gnd. the red is most probably 12VDC. The yellow is a complete mystery. The yellow wire on the control box does nothing ac/DC no matter what dials I turn or buttons I press.

I believe that the image "tube" is a microchannel plate, kind of like a bunch of parallel channel little PMTs in x-y. But the info I can find on MCPs calls for just one accelerating voltage. This thing clearly has six inputs to the photon amplifier.
