Don't worry! The most important thing is that you know what the mistake was  :D Regarding the new scheme - now it's definitely better. However, I have big doubts about the capacitors used in the voltage doubler.

All this will work, but the capacitors described as C3 and C4 will be far too small. The efficiency of this system will be extremely low, with such small capacities the voltage drops on them will be huge, so the efficiency of the system will drop dramatically.

Use electrolyte capacitors as described earlier. There, the capacitance should be in the order of thousands of uF, as opposed to 1uF in the diagram.
These capacitors can be very expensive - look for second-hand capacitors, in good condition at auction sites.

oky.. but wait a sec because this is getting riddicoulus... in my opinin i had to use some big as* electrolytic ones... but you said to remove them (C3-C4 in the old diagram) and just use the C7 and C8 of the old diagram... that were the ones from the current diagram... so i did it even if i was not feeling it since you said it.. so i guess a misunderstanding but yeah.. still... i was going for big elecrtolytics in my mind.. OOF. BTW i adjusted it now, sould be good for.. good... LoL.

Thx!!! I really worked hard on my setups since thats my main passion.. setup building as extreme as it gets haha. The keyboard is an anne pro 2 that i actually want to switch for something optomechanical and i have custom double shot keykaps from razer on it haha. If you are a PC gamer let me know, we might play thogether some times haha!

230V RMS has a peak voltage of 230 * sqrt(2) = 325V.  Doubler will produce 2 * 325V = 650V (at no load).  Diodes need to be rated above 650V, so 800V or 1000V.  Generally easiest and cheapest to buy full-wave rectifiers (four-diode bridges) and parallel the diodes for higher current capability (wire two "AC" terminals together).

Another option is to use thyristors instead of diodes.  Thyristors become part of inrush current limiting by phase control (like a light dimmer turning on instead of a Variac).  Some people here on the forum have implemented such inrush current limiting circuits, but not me.  I don't know of any specific circuits or designs available to copy.

As always thx for your help over there, i tought about buying two Semikron 101A 1600V SEMIPACK1 but they are around 50 euros or both, so a bit out of budget for such thing, so i adopted your suggestion and there is my new revision of the diagram with your idea! Super cool and easy and even cheap btw!

If i got this currectly with this component i could just remove the variac and have a soft start this way? Or did i get this wrong? (im going to look up for Thyristors since i dont know them at all)

Agin.. i want to say thx for your time as always following my project ad i love that you are actually giveing me ideas and inspirations makeing me learn stuff, and even with really nice ways of learning instead of just saying stuff how is done and thats it, but even explaining why and also giveing me more than one option to choose from!

I also feel super stoopid for the first diagram that hopefully nobody saw.. but yeah.. i would like to apologize and say that i really learned my mistakes and i leared that sleep hours are important AF haha!

So now, if you could kindly check all my components and tell me if everything is oky and if not, as always, why and with what could i resolve, so that if everything is oky now i would pull the trigger to get all before christmas and have done it before 2022!

As long as the bridge rectifiers are rated for more than 650V, you don't need two of them.  A single bridge, with AC terminals shorted as you have shown, has two diodes.  That is all you need for a voltage doubler.

Yes, but the thyristors need a control circuit to drive their gates too.  I don't know of any published control circuit diagrams or controllers for the thyristors.  Possibly someone here who has implemented this could share.  However, it is not a beginner-friendly option.

Opto-couplers can work for voltage isolation of thyristor gate drive, as can pulse transformers.  Still need a circuit to generate gate pulses at line frequency, ramping from ~180 degrees to ~0 degrees at power-up.  I've personally used transformers before, and zero-crossing opto-couplers for driving TRIACs as simple relays w/o phase control.  My thyristor drives have been for pulse applications, not for line-frequency phase control.

Looks like the gate drives are isolated by pulse transformers, so could work for a voltage doubler.  Still needs some form of ramp generator, or manual control with a POT as in a Variac replacement.  Thank you for the pointer.
