Planning a big VTTC.
What triode options are there in this power range? I am thinking mostly Soviet surplus for cost saving reasons. Most I have seen seem to be in the 2 or 3 kW range, or the 20 to 30 kW range. But not much in between.
I was thinking either a pair of GU-5Bs or a single GU-22A, which is a 20kW continuous beast and needs 1200W of fillament current (ouch).
