Transistors good for DRSSTC?

So I found a good deal for these transistors:

The main problem I see with using this in a Tesla coil is that it's only rated for 300V. However, it can handle quite a bit of current. Is there anything I should be aware of before buying?

The low voltage rating would be rather limiting, but the other issue I can see is the lack of an anti parallel diode, which is necessary for drsstc use. In theory an external diode could be used, but it's not worth the hassle when good IGBTs are available with them already integrated.

On another note, does anyone know what these parts are actually intended for (datasheet says "For PDP Applications")? The 300V limit is unusually low for an igbt!

Edit: PDP of course means plasma display panel, never mind my question!

While they do look interesting to use in 120VAC countries there seems to be more cons than pros, simply due to the IGBTs getting destroyed from heat.

The 500Apeak rating is only specified for 10uS pulses
The legs are derated to a mere 75A

It is worth looking into paralleling these, obvious nice looking specs are gate charge, switching speed and Vce(sat)

I would worry the most about the Fmax2 calculation due to thermal limitations on this part, guide to calculate Fmax2: http://kaizerpowerelectronics.dk/tesla-coils/drsstc-design-guide/igbts/

Remember that these 75A are Arms. With 10% duty this equals around 580Apk (Source) - should be enough. Maybe for a 120V table top DRSSTC they work?
