Cockroft-walton resistors

Hello all,

I have some questions about a curious listing I found on ebay that appear to be perfect for my voltage multiplier. 

The only info is this photo

The seller lists them as 40w but gives no indication to their resistance or other specs, and messaging resulted in no response.

If anybody has ideas on the ratings of these resistors (if they even are resistors) let me know!

A  few years back I saw a listing for a TV flyback transformer. I could not tell if it was AC or DC. I asked the
seller to measure the resistance. He did and I bought the flyback based on that information.

You might try the same thing.

Ive sent the seller a couple messages to no avail, they have yet to respond.

It doesn't fill me with confidence but I figure they will probably ship it if I buy (which I wont do without rating) and if they dont ebay will refund.

I would guess that they are either resistors or fuses. Judging by the size of the end contacts I would guess fuses.
