DRSSTC from Aliexpress

I found this drsstc on amazon.com and on aliexpress.. and im really considering to buy it.. but.. before this.. i wanted to know if there is any other person there already knowing this coil and if i could have a schematic of it.. it looks so freaking good for such small package! i would love to build it on my own without buying it..

The coil brand seems to be Xshion but im not super sure of it...

i will post the only pics i could find of the circuits too.. please let me know if you guys find out or have any idea of how this little monster works...

This looks very similar to OneTesla DRSSTC, driven by a standard DR logic very similar to UD 2.7 but without OCD or UVLO. The driver probably looks somewhat like this https://onetesla.com/tutorials/drsstc-driver-guide
These coils have no OCD and rely on short on-times not to damage the IGBTs even during a ground strike when the primary current is the highest.
I can see 3 windings on the GDT (not even twisted) which means it's probably a half bridge, those 2 blue boxes on the 2nd picture are probably the divider capacitors and the black one is the primary resonant cap.

To sum it up it's a low power half bridge DRSSTC with the most basic driver with feedback possible, ideal project for beginners.

It is a lot of money to waste on a small and simple Tesla coil like that.

It can do 2 things for you:
- Make sparks for a short time
- Forever requiring spare parts like new IGBTs, gate resistors and so on.
