Hello,
i build an GDT Driver for my IGBT Full Bridge and it works good but only the GDT is making some weird signals from the Square wave.
The oscillator is an TL494, with two TC4420 to drive the 4 Mosfets for the GDT. The blue wave is the output of the mosfet full bridge and the yellow one is from the GDT.
What thinks could be done to make an better signal than that.
i think one problem is the GDT wiring because i just used simple SCART wires and maybe the cross section is to small.
