DRSSTC IGBT test bench

Over the time I have gathered a fair amount of IGBT bricks from various inverters in UPS, xray machines, VFDs etc.

Some of them are well-known to be used in DRSSTCs and others are not, but I can for sure sacrifice a few for the sake of finding their limits. This is where all you people come into play, I would like some inputs on which test parameters to measure.

I got a 4 channel Rigol oscilloscope, so that leaves me at 250MS/s per channel.
I got a Tektronix P5200 differential probe and a 2 channel Tektronix A6909 isolator, so I have the possibility of 3 isolated measurements.
I got Pearson current monitors
I got a temperature probe to stick under the IGBT

I will use 3x400VAC for ~564VDC on 1200V bricks

Half-bridge inverter. I thought about making a regular flat primary coil and MMC, both tap-able to test at different resonant frequencies, but what would the best dummy be?

Besides primary current and inverter voltage output, which other 2 parameters should I measure? Gate voltage would properly also be good to see when UD2(the one that I got donated from Joe DePrima for this project) can no longer drive the IGBT properly

The range of the test would be in the range of the following table
