I have started to build Steve's DRSSTC 1.
I have hunted ebay and the net  (Digikey and Mouser etc) to source
the above Mosfet  in Steve's driver....

Could anyone point me to where I might get itfrom, please?
Or a substitution that is available, maybe.

I use the common and cheap, through-hole, IRF540N and IRF9540N instead of the flatpak MOSFETs
