Can I Trust This Super Cheap Site?

Hey guys, I just stumbled upon a strange site called Taobao. Maybe you've heard of it? I don't know. you can't actually search in the website without an account, but I've found a way around that. If you look up taobao on google, It should come up with the main website link and under that, a box that says 'Results from taobao.com'. You can search for a large variety of components and links will pop up that shows them. you can click on the links for pricing and such. I searched for CM300DY-24H IGBTs, shocked to find them selling for 260 Yen or $1.74 USD. I also searched for CM600DU-24FA and got a price of 600 Yen or $4 USD. These prices are absolutely insane and sound way too good to be true. I'm not sure what countries this site ships to. I want your personal opinions; can this site be trusted and is this actually too good to be true? Thanks for your time.

If its super cheap its most likely going to be counterfeit. There are plenty of instances of these showing up. You get what you pay for.

At those prices you'd be lucky to find any silicon in them at all. Got to be a scam.
