My coil something like what are in schematic and the power pole is136KHz; upper pole is171KHz.
So, what frequency the coils will run in lower ouput power mode?
And in max output power mode?

I'm sorry, I can't reply in depth to this, since I'm away travelling. But in short the oscillating frequency is at one of the poles if you switch the bridge on zero current. Usually the coil will start up on the pole, which is closest to the primary resonance frequency. You can start the coil at the other pole, by forcing the first few cycles at the other pole frequency and disregarding the zero current switching condition for these cycles.
There is nothing fundamentally different between low and high power, except, that the higher capacitance of the arc at high power will cause the secondary resonance frequency to drop and thus also change the pole frequencies.

have you sweped your tesla coil with a scope and signal generator. you should be able to see this. your simulation may only be giving you a ball park aproximation of what might be real
