a typical sstc half bridge design, any considerations or tips?

here's the schematic, a standard half bridge tesla transformer, any improvements or tips? the circuit is ready but i didn't tested it yet.
P.S. i don't have a scope.
P.P.S my first secondary it will be tested on is 230khz, with 35cm outer diameter and 10cm tube diameter topload and 11x30cm secondary with 0.315mm wire.
P.P.P.S it will be eventually swapped to little 5x15cm winding with 0.15mm wire and 15cm outer diameter and 6cm tube diameter topload, which gives ~450khz.

hi! yes i did. also, just recently i did a test and it turned out that the 12cm primary and 16cm primary doesn't make any difference. but as i know, the sstc must have as tight coupling as possible. (first problems)

update: it works, with 5 turns on the primary without any ballast, from 270v it makes 19 to 20cm spark, the supply is just bridge rectifier without any filtering. now, i'm wondering, if i pick 4 turn primary, wouldn't the peak current be too high? for irfp460lc transistors? also, i tried igbt, but seems like it can't work properly on 350khz frequency range.
