does anyone know this driver ?
this afternoon I received the driver from Ebay,
here is an overview of the printed circuit.
a little puzzled with the GDT driver. What do you think about power MOSFET (Alpha & Omega semiconductor) ?

Alpha Omega Semiconductor makes nice FETs with low gate charge.  Unfortunately I've ran into multiple Chinese counterfeits of several AO parts.  In only one case did the counterfeit part meet (barely) the AO specifications.  Didn't find the specific AO part numbers based on markings in your image, so no idea what these FETs are (or are supposed to be).

FET references is AOD438 and AOD403. see the specifications in attachment. there should be equivallents, no ?

Do you have a schematic of the controller and a manual?
Is the configuration of the CPLD available?

AOD438 and AOD403 are over-kill parts for gate drive, but should work fine.  I'd guess they are using such high-current FETs because they were available cheap, which may imply counterfeit.  But even counterfeit parts are likely good enough for this use.

Thank's David, do you know which current mosfet could replace the AOD ? The box is DPAK TO252 (in case of breakdown)

Thank, I asked him: he only supplies PCs for CMS and no longer sells cards with soldered components ...

Right, I thought you were only asking for PCBs. It's not too hard to solder up a board, and a couple of us have semi-recent mouser/digikey carts put together for the ud2.7c driver that we could share.

There are import drivers that are sort of based on the 2.7, some that might be based on the 2.9 board, but they all have limited support/documentation, and you'll likely end up wasting even more time and money putting something together if you go that route. EVR has assembled drivers, if you have more money than time.

If you take the time to assemble a driver yourself, you'll be better prepared for other similar projects in the future. Nobody even sells PCBs for the UD 3.0 drivers, let alone pre-assembled boards (turns out these microcontroller boards are actually cheaper to assemble than the discrete logic 2.7 boards - fewer components, and way more flexible).

There are plenty of SMD soldering tutorials on youtube (search for eevblog). I actually find SMD soldering less hassle than through-hole, personally.

SMD can be soldered with an iron.  The only time I use a hot-plate is for parts with pads entirely under the part.

I agree, just because it is SMD shouldn't scare anybody away from self assembly. From what I can see the board uses 0805 parts and no fine pitched ICs so is doable even for somebody that has never soldered SMD parts before.

One mistake I often see people make when getting started is that they forget to put extra flux on the board, which makes it much harder to get good looking solder joints. When soldering through hole the flux comes from the solder, in smd it is common to tin one pad, get the component, re-melt the solder on the pad and then place the component. Any flux in the solder would have evaporated by then, resulting in that crusty look. With the right flux (and enough of it) it is even hard to bridge adjacent pads/pins even on 0.4mm pitch qfn devices.

And if you want to get the board looking really good you can put it on an upside down Clothes iron and use it as a makeshift hot plate, I made my pcbs with solder paste that way.

the edges of the output MOSFET driver are too soft
and with the FeedBack current sense in service, it's horrible.

I really need to get the UD2.7C drivers printed circuit.

is there a recent BOM (Mouser) list ie 2019-2020 to buy the components for the driver board UD2.7C ?
